In my 20+ year career, I’ve seen (and produced) a lot of things: I worked at MTV’s The Real World: New York, chased tornadoes for an NBC News docu-series, held an asteroid in Neil deGrasse Tyson’s office for a HuffPost video, debuted a short film on HBO and submitted an animated short for an Academy Award at Apartment Therapy.

As an award-winning content executive, I inspire
high-performing, diverse teams to push creative boundaries through testing and analytics. By producing digital magic, my goal is to drive brand awareness, audience growth and revenue opportunities.

My accolades include Webbys, Tellys, Digiday awards and being named Cynopsis' Top Women in Media. I've been featured on podcasts, in print and at conferences. I am

a member of the Producers Guild of America.

Based on industry trends, data and deep experience, I thrive at strategic planning and developing roadmaps that ladder up to business goals and KPIs.


I value cross-departmental collaboration and alignment. I've partnered with Product, Revenue, Marketing and Ops on business objectives and building cool things.


The brand comes first. In order to build a strong, authentic identity, upholding the brand's voice across content and platforms is the top priority. 


DEI is central to all that I do - in content creation, management and education. I foster a diverse and inclusive environment and produce work where audiences feel seen. 


Building, managing and cultivating creative teams is at the heart of what I do. I've overseen departments with 75+ people and had a 94% retention rate.
